Next door to the Museum bar, Ambrosia is probably the poshest restaurant in Lindos. Unlike other restaurants there are only 12 tables with 39 seats - this ties in with George Katsaras's moto "Less is More". It boasts an interesting and sophisticated decor and creates a more personal dining experience. There is an element of pampering with personal filleting of your cooked fish at your table and advice on wines. There are even smoking and no smoking sections of the restaurant. It is no more expensive than other restaurants but booking is advisable.
